Marcia Ferreira
Founder and Director of
Moving Forward Teaching Academy
Teacher of Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz, Theater Craft and Freestyle. Artistic and Pedagogical Director of Escola Passos de Dança - Trofa and Póvoa de Varzim.
Certified by IDTA fellowship hons Ballet and Modern Jazz, licentiate freestyle and ARAD.
He began his classical ballet studies at the Fernanda Canossa Academy at the age of 6, where he completed all RAD degrees. She took several national and international courses and training as a dancer in Classical Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary.
Completed the RAD teaching certificate teachers course with distinction.
He joined IDTA as an Associate teacher in 2010. He completed the higher education courses for teachers at this institution (Licentiate and Fellowship) in Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz and freestyle, always with distinction, thus reaching the highest levels of IDTA.
She participated with her students and with the school in dance steps, in national and international competitions, obtaining excellent classifications and results (IDTA, YAGP, Leiria Dance Competition, CIB, Festival Norte Dança, Portucale dance award, Algarve Dance Open and La Pointe).
Its students have already received several scholarships to some of the most prestigious international schools (Northern Ballet School, Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Kirov Ballet Academy in Washington, Phil Whinston Theatreworks, Cuballet Barcelona, Urdang Academy, Kings International Ballet Academy).

Maria Luisa Carles
Master of Ballet and Teacher of Classical Ballet and Reportory
He studied at the International College of Maria Inmaculada, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce in 1975.
From 1968 to 1972, he studied at various dance schools and at the National Conservatory of Panama.
Until 1972, he joined the Companhia do Ballet Nacional de Panamá.
In 1975 he traveled to England to continue his academic studies (in the area of Management and Languages) and artistic (in the area of Dance).
From 1977 to 1980 she attended the Royal Academy of Dancing Teachers Training Course in England and graduated in Dance with the titles of LRAD (Licentiate of the RAD) and ARAD (Associate of the RAD).
He joined the Companhia Nacional de Bailado de Portugal in January 1981, under the artistic direction of Armando Jorge.
In 1983, she was appointed effective teacher at the CNB Dancer Training Center, in charge of supervising all classes of boys in that course.
From 1989 to 1995, she held the position of Executive and Pedagogical Director of the Technical School of Ballet Professionals – (ETPB) subsidized by the European Social Fund through GETAP.
Rui Donas
Teacher/Music Trainer
Rui Donas, has worked as a dance pianist since 1978, has directed a music and dance academy since 1986, and holds various positions in local and national cultural associations such as Outra Voz and APDança - Associação Portuguesa de Dança.

Since the 1990s, he has been directing training for classical dance teachers in the areas of music and didactics. He attended courses in music therapy, vocal improvisation, tap dancing, classical children's dance, historical dance, traditional dances and dramatic expression. He studies music education and pedagogy, educational dance and arts education, as well as the study of copyright and related rights, cultural management and cultural organizations.
He was an accompanist pianist, guest of several international dance stages. He coordinates the Ancient Dance Studies Centre, dedicated to the study of dance from the Renaissance to the end of the 20th century. XIX. He is a member of the CID – International Dance Council of Unesco.
Dr Ana Maia Silva
Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist
Between 1996 and 2000 he completed his degree in Psychology at ISMAI – Instituto Superior da Maia.

Pedagogical Training Course for Trainers | Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude of Trainer (CAP) in the CENATEX-PORTO.

In September 2016 he specialized in Clinical Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto.

Between 2000 and 2011, in the context of professional experience, he worked at: Nossa Senhora das Candeias – Porto (IPSS); IPAF – Institute of Applied Psychology and Trainer and Coordinator Training – Azores: S.
